Return & Refund Policy

At KOLI & OLUM, we take great pride in the quality of our books and products. Because we operate multiple fulfillment hubs around the world, our return process varies by region. Please review the guidelines below before requesting a return.

Our goal is always to ensure that our customers receive excellent service and products in perfect condition.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return in regions where returns are accepted:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition.
  • Box sets must remain sealed in their original shrink wrap.
  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
  • A photo of the item is required before approval.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We cannot accept returns on opened or unsealed box sets, as these items cannot be resold.


Regions Where Returns Are Accepted

We currently accept returns only in certain regions where we have a local fulfillment or partner hub:

  • United States
  • United Kingdom
  • European Union
  • Canada
  • South Africa

Please note that return conditions and restocking fees vary by location.


Restocking Fees by Region

Restocking fees are applied to approved returns that are not due to an error on our part.

  • United States: 10%
  • United Kingdom: 15%
  • European Union: 15%
  • Canada: 10%
  • South Africa: 10%

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


Regions Where Returns Are Not Accepted

Due to the high cost of international return shipping and the absence of local return hubs, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for orders delivered to:

  • Australia
  • Asia-Pacific regions
  • Any country not listed under our accepted return locations

For these regions, we will provide a replacement or refund only in cases where:

  • The item arrived damaged
  • The wrong item was received
  • There was an error with the order

Customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide photographs of the issue.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned in any region:

  • Opened or unsealed box sets
  • Used items
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Digital products
  • Items damaged after delivery

How to Request a Return (Eligible Regions Only)

To request a return, please email us at contact@koliolum.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for the return
  • A photo of the item in its sealed condition

Once your request is approved, we will provide the correct return address for your region.

Refunds are issued after the item has been received and inspected. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your original method of payment.


Incorrect or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs. We will replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you.
