At KOLI & OLUM, we ship from multiple fulfillment hubs around the world to ensure families receive their books as quickly and affordably as possible. Delivery timelines vary by region and are outlined below.

Please note: All orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays, unless otherwise stated for specific regions.

United States

Orders ship from our warehouse in Leesburg, VA via USPS.

Shipping Options (shown at checkout):

  • Media Mail: 2–8 business days
  • Ground Advantage: 2–4 business days
  • Priority Mail: 1–3 business days

Orders ship Monday–Friday. No weekend or holiday shipments.

United Kingdom

Orders ship from our UK fulfillment partner.

  • Standard Shipping: 2–4 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

We proudly ship directly from local hubs across the continent for faster, affordable delivery.

Nigeria

Orders ship from our local partner in Lagos.

  • Delivery within 24 hours (except Sundays)
  • Orders placed before 8:00am on those days are usually delivered the same day

Kenya

  • Orders ship from our local partner in Nairobi.
  • Ships Monday–Friday

Ghana 

Orders ship from our local partner in Accra.

  • Delivery days: Tuesdays and Fridays

South Africa 

Orders ship from our local partner in Johannesburg.

  • Delivery: typically 2–5 working days in major areas, and a little longer for outlying regions
  • Shipping days: Monday–Friday
  • Deliveries on Tuesdays and Fridays

Order Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • During peak seasons (Black Friday, holidays), processing times may extend slightly.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking number once your package ships.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by customs, carrier delays, weather, or high-volume seasons.
  • Once a package is shipped, transit time is controlled by the carrier.
  • Incorrect addresses may result in delivery delays.
