At KOLI & OLUM, we ship from multiple fulfillment hubs around the world to ensure families receive their books as quickly and affordably as possible. Delivery timelines vary by region and are outlined below.
Please note: All orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays, unless otherwise stated for specific regions.
United States
Orders ship from our warehouse in Leesburg, VA via USPS.
Shipping Options (shown at checkout):
- Media Mail: 2–8 business days
- Ground Advantage: 2–4 business days
- Priority Mail: 1–3 business days
Orders ship Monday–Friday. No weekend or holiday shipments.

Orders ship by express courier directly from our print partner in China, with duties and import taxes prepaid, so there is nothing to pay at the door.
- Hong Kong: 4–6 business days. $4.95, free on orders of $60+
- Singapore & Malaysia: 6–12 business days. $9.95, free on orders of $60+
- UAE, Qatar & Saudi Arabia: 15–20 business days. $9.95, free on orders of $60+

We proudly ship directly from local hubs across the continent for faster, affordable delivery.
Nigeria
Orders ship from our local partner in Lagos.
- Delivery within 24 hours (except Sundays)
- Orders placed before 8:00am on those days are usually delivered the same day

- Orders ship from our local partner in Nairobi.

Ghana

Order Processing Times
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- During peak seasons (Black Friday, holidays), processing times may extend slightly.
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking number once your package ships.
