At KOLI & OLUM, we are a small, mission-driven company committed to delivering high-quality products that celebrate African culture and heritage. Because of our size, we are unable to offer flexible returns like large retailers — but we stand behind the quality of what we ship.


Returns & Refunds

We accept returns only if:

  • You contact us within 5 days of receiving your order

  • The item is returned in like-new, resellable condition, with original packaging intact

  • The return is pre-approved by our team

If approved, your refund will be issued minus:

  • Original shipping costs

  • A 15% restocking fee

  • Return shipping (covered by the customer)


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or if you received the wrong product, email us at contact@koliolum.com within 5 days of delivery. We'll make it right — at no cost to you.


Non-Refundable Items

  • Items returned without pre-approval

  • Items not in resellable condition

  • Gift cards or sale items
